Starting from a situation where a central database, structured data management, broad access, interoperability, reusability and standardized data exchange with other institutions are essential, INTOB was developed to meet these needs.

INTOB is currently used primarily to perform acute toxicity tests on zebrafish embryos. (ZFET).
